Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday.

Standard delivery to the UK takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Most orders arrive within 10 business days.

Standard delivery to the EU takes 10–16 business days after dispatch. Most orders arrive within 14 business days.

Standard delivery internationally takes 10-20 business days after dispatch. Most orders arrive within 17 business days.

Every order includes tracked shipping. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 2–3 days for tracking to update.

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us at support@pawcove.co.uk and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
